Important Notice: By creating a pkrvip account, accessing the pkrvip platform, or placing any wager on any pkrvip product, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
2.1 These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pkrvip. By accessing or using the pkrvip platform in any manner — including registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or playing a casino game — you confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms.
2.2 These Terms must be read in conjunction with the pkrvip Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and pkrvip.

4.1 One Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one pkrvip account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — is a material breach of these Terms. pkrvip employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts.
4.2 Where duplicate accounts are identified, pkrvip reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets and bonuses, and permanently retain any balance in the duplicate account(s). The primary account may also be subject to suspension pending investigation.
4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your pkrvip login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.
4.4 You must notify pkrvip immediately via live chat or email if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. pkrvip will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of your failure to maintain adequate account security.
4.5 Account Currency. pkrvip accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in PKR. pkrvip does not accept deposits in any other currency without prior arrangement.
4.6 Inactive Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months is considered inactive. pkrvip reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee of PKR 500 per month to inactive accounts with a positive balance, following written notice to the registered email address. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after the inactivity period without notice.
5.1 pkrvip accepts deposits via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL internet banking, UBL internet banking, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds for each payment method are displayed in the Cashier section of your pkrvip account.
5.2 All deposit funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. pkrvip does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party will be reversed, the associated account suspended, and the matter may be reported to relevant financial compliance authorities.
5.3 Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa typically credit to your pkrvip Real Money Balance within 60 seconds. Bank transfer deposits via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are typically credited within 2–5 minutes during standard banking hours. USDT TRC20 deposits credit upon blockchain confirmation, typically within 5 minutes.
5.4 pkrvip does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which pkrvip bears no responsibility.
5.5 pkrvip operates anti-money laundering (AML) controls in accordance with the requirements of its international gaming license. Unusually large or structured deposits may be subject to enhanced due diligence, including requests for source-of-funds documentation.
6.1 Withdrawal requests from pkrvip are processed to the same payment method used for the member's most recent deposit, subject to the payment method's availability and applicable limits. pkrvip reserves the right to require withdrawal via bank transfer for large amounts at its discretion.
6.2 Before any withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be satisfied:

6.4 pkrvip does not charge withdrawal fees on PKR transactions. The full requested amount will be transferred to your payment method, subject to any limits imposed by the payment provider.
6.5 pkrvip reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on any withdrawal request. During such checks, the withdrawal may be held for up to 72 hours. pkrvip will notify the member via their registered email address if an extended review is required.
7.1 pkrvip may offer various promotional bonuses to Members, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, free bets, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which will be displayed at the point of offer and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
7.2 All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement, which will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Until the wagering requirement is met, Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn.
7.3 pkrvip applies the following general rules to all bonus offers unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

10.1 All content on the pkrvip Platform — including but not limited to the pkrvip brand name, logo, website design, software, text, images, graphics, and game interfaces — is the intellectual property of pkrvip or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, or create derivative works from any pkrvip content without prior written consent from pkrvip.
11.1 The pkrvip Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. pkrvip does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times.

13.1 pkrvip reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Member account at any time and without prior notice where pkrvip reasonably believes that:
13.2 Upon termination for cause, pkrvip reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in the account, including both Real Money Balance and Bonus Funds, where the termination arises from fraud, collusion, money laundering, or other prohibited conduct.
13.3 You may request closure of your pkrvip account at any time by contacting pkrvip support via live chat. Any verified Real Money Balance remaining in the account at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to standard verification requirements.
14.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which pkrvip holds its international gaming license.

15.3 Your continued use of the pkrvip Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 13.3.
